You land in Cairo, spend day two inside the Sphinx, the Pyramids of Giza and the ruins of Abu Rawash on private access, then drive into the Sahara to the Fayoum Oasis for the sound, underwater, breathwork and cold-exposure workshops. On day five we drive you back to Cairo International Airport.
No. We take serious beginners and experienced biohackers. The practitioner who designed each workshop runs it in person, and you leave with protocols you can keep using at home.
Every workshop and excursion on the timetable: the Museum of Consciousness, Sound Healing & System Reset, Meditation Underwater, the Wim Hof Method breathwork, the cold plunge in the desert, the Biohacking, Human Performance & Longevity sessions and the Blindfolded Dinner. Your place also covers private site access, hotels, meals, transport between locations and the premium biohacking devices. You pay nothing on top for anything on the programme.
